Textured boots

I'd give 0 start if I can. They sent me the wrong boots. They smelled horrible. I waited nearly four weeks for them to arrive and missed the occasion I wanted to wear them. The product quality is also poor. They won't send me a pre-paid shipping label or provide a full refund. The boots I received are useless, and they are unwilling to take accountability or correct their mistake.

The shoes are of good quality, the size is correct, and they are very comfortable to wear
